Site Plan # 4562 – 18 submitted by Reedland Farms, LLC. who is requesting to construct a 220ft. diameter concrete manure storage facility, on property located at 905 County Road #27, tax map no. 22.00-1-4.100 in a(n) A1 district pursuant to Chapter 325 section 325-42-D-1-2. 

Preliminary Site Plan Approval # 4563 – 18 submitted by Steven Nardozzi who is requesting approval to operate an auto mechanic shop on property located at 2896/2898 State Route 96, tax map no. 33.00-1-42.210 in a(n) A1 district pursuant to Chapter 325 section 325-75, 325-10-B, C & D.

Said hearing to take place at the Manchester Town Hall located on the corner of State Route 96 and County Road 7 at 7:00 PM.

All persons interested, shall be heard at said time and place.

SUBDIVISION FEES:

THE FEE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15.00) FOR EACH SUBDIVISION CONSTITUTING TWO (2) OR LESS ACRES IN TOTAL SIZE.  FOR SUBDIVISIONS WITH A TOTAL LAND AREA IN EXCESS OF TWO (2) ACRES, A FEE OF TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00) PLUS FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) PER ACRE  OVER THE TWO (2) ACRES WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE TOWN CLERK BY THE SUBDIVIDER.

* IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER FEES PROVIDED HEREIN OR ELSEWHERE, UPON APPLICATION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION A SECURITY DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) SHALL BE PAID WHICH, WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL.
